STAR CITY VENISON BALLS
1 LB of Ground Venison
1 Beat Egg
1 Cup of Beef Stock
2 Tablespoons of butter
2 Tablespoons of Flour
3/4 Cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup chopped onions
1/4 Cup freash parsley
*Star City addition- 1 cup Jalapeno's(some like it hot)*
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly, use ice cream scoop to form balls(if u have one). Place balls in a lightly oiled, medium heated Skillet and rotate balls during cooking process.
*These go great in your favorite spaghetti dish or simply serve by themselves as an appetizer @ your next get toghether!
